Our services range from $144 – $204 per session a reflection of the personalized, expert attention you deserve.
We believe in transparency and simplicity, which is why we operate as a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. For those who wish to seek reimbursement, we gladly provide a superbill to submit to your insurance provider because your healing shouldn't come with unnecessary barriers.
Cancellation Policy
At Rooted Alchemy Collective, we believe that healing happens in community, and that means honoring everyone's time, energy, and commitment to the work. We hold deep respect for the journey you are on and for the clinicians who show up fully for you.
To help us maintain that care for everyone, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. When possible, this allows us to offer that time to another person in our community who may be waiting.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
⟢ 48+ hours notice — No charge
⟢ 24–48 hours notice — 50% of the session fee (waived in the case of an emergency)
⟢ Less than 24 hours notice or no-show — Full session fee
