A trauma-informed, interactive evening for women to explore the physical and emotional dynamic between mind and body.
What to expect:
A grounded overview of the pelvic floor and what restriction can mean, anatomically and emotionally
A focus on your reproductive organs and how they communicate with your hormones
A discussion of how the pelvic floor changes across the seasons of a woman's life
An invitation to notice resistance, hesitation, or a lack of sensation, and why all of it is normal
Time for Q&A with Sara Cate Moser (LPC, SEP) and Courtney Trocinski (Pelvic Floor OT)
