Pelvic Floor Therapy
Your Healing Starts Here
This offering is for the one who is ready to feel at home in their body again. To move through life with ease, connection, and trust. To finally receive care that sees the whole of you.
A calm, intentional space for deep healing.
Your pelvic floor is at the center of so much of your life. How you move, how you breathe, how you feel in your own skin. When it needs support, the ripple touches everything.
Here, we meet that with care, curiosity, and deep respect for your body's innate wisdom. The pace is yours. The space is safe. And the work goes as deep as you are ready to go.
Does this sound familiar?
⟢ You've been living with pain, pressure, or tension that no one has been able to fully explain
⟢ You're ready for care that goes beyond symptom relief and gets to the root
⟢ You want to feel supported by someone who sees your full picture, not just one piece of it
Imagine moving through your life without bracing. Without the background hum of pain or the weight of symptoms you've learned to work around.
Here, you are met with curiosity, care, and deep respect for everything your body carries. The pace is yours. The space is safe.
This is not just treatment. It is a return to yourself.
How it works:
-

Step 1: Initiation
We begin by setting a clear intention and grounding into a field of safety. Together we clarify what your body is holding and open the doorway to the work ahead.
-

Step 2: Alchemy
Through hands-on work, somatic awareness, and deep listening, we move through the layers. What was stuck begins to shift. What has been held begins to soften.
-

Step 3: Integration
You leave with tools and practices rooted in your body and your life. The healing unfolds long after the session ends.
Pelvic Floor Modalities
These are the modalities available through our pelvic floor therapy offerings. Offerings vary by practitioner, so if something calls to you, let it guide you toward the right fit.
PELVIC FLOOR PHYSICAL THERAPY
Physical Therapy brings a movement-centered, biomechanical approach to pelvic floor care. Rooted in a thorough understanding of how your muscles, connective tissue, joints, and nervous system work together, PT meets you where your body is and builds from there.
Through hands-on manual therapy, targeted exercise, and individualized rehabilitation, we work to restore strength, coordination, and ease to your pelvic floor. Whether your body needs to release, rebuild, or both, your care plan is shaped entirely around you.
Pelvic Floor Occupational Therapy
The unique lens of Occupational Therapy takes a deep understanding of anatomy, an appreciation for your mental landscape, and a knowing of the importance of your roles and routines to support your healing journey. With OT we focus on the whole person to build a function-first approach to healing. OT seeks to understand your nervous system, tissues, and symptoms to provide a trauma-informed, goal-centered plan of care.

WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING:
“Melissa shares her knowledge, reverence, and positivity to help you improve the most sacred parts of your body. Most importantly, you will feel safe, cared for, lighter, and more energetic on your journey to heal, strengthen, and maintain your body and mind. This is how I felt after having multiple pelvic floor strengthening sessions pre and post-partum. These were times when I was at my absolute lowest and I needed the most tender support. She provided just that!” – Christine
“Melissa acknowledged my questions and worries with empathy, humor and practical knowledge. With her support, I felt not only validated but also more confident in my recovery process.” – Kelsey
