Pelvic Floor health | Virtual Sessions
Come Home to Your Body
This offering is for the one who is ready to feel at home in their body again. To understand what your body is doing, ask the questions you haven't had a place to ask, and receive care that sees the whole of you, wherever you are.
A calm, intentional space for deep healing.
Your pelvic and sexual health aren't separate from the rest of you. They're connected to how you move, how you feel, how you experience pleasure and intimacy, how you navigate pregnancy and postpartum, and how safe and confident you feel living inside your own body.
Here, we meet that with curiosity, care, and deep respect for your body's innate wisdom. The pace is yours. The space is safe. And it all happens virtually, from wherever you are.
You might come to a session because...
⟢ You're navigating changes during pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, or another transition
⟢ You're experiencing pelvic discomfort, tension, or pressure and want to understand what's actually happening
⟢ Sex has become painful, uncomfortable, disconnected, or just not as pleasurable as you'd like
⟢ Your desire has changed, and you're wondering where it went, or what you actually want now
⟢ You want to reconnect with your body after birth, loss, injury, illness, or another major life change
⟢ You've been told to "just do Kegels" and have a feeling there's more to the story
⟢ You have questions about your body, sex, intimacy, or pelvic health you've never had a comfortable place to ask
⟢ You simply want to understand your body better
Imagine moving through your life without bracing. Without the background hum of pain or the weight of symptoms you've learned to work around.
Here, you are met with curiosity, care, and deep respect for everything your body carries. The pace is yours. The space is safe.
This is not just information. It is a return to yourself.
How it works:
-

Step 1: Initiation
We begin by setting a clear intention and grounding into a field of safety. Together we get curious about what your body is holding and open the doorway to the work ahead.
-

Step 2: Alchemy
Through education, body awareness, movement, and honest conversation, we move through the layers. What's felt confusing starts to make sense. What's been held starts to soften.
-

Step 3: Integration
You leave with tools and practices rooted in your body and your life. The work unfolds long after the session ends.
Pelvic Floor + Sexual Health Coaching
Pelvic Health Coaching
Understand what your body is doing, and learn how to work with it.
Your pelvic health touches so much more than your pelvic floor. It can influence how you move, exercise, use the bathroom, experience pregnancy and postpartum, have sex, and simply feel in your body.
Maybe you're navigating pregnancy or postpartum and aren't sure what's normal. Maybe you've noticed leaking, pressure, tension, or changes in how your body moves. Maybe you've been told to "do your Kegels" but no one has ever actually explained your pelvic floor to you.
Sessions may include:
Education on pelvic floor anatomy and function
Movement and body awareness
Breathing and pressure-management strategies
Exercise modifications
Habit and lifestyle support
This is not virtual physical therapy and does not replace medical evaluation or treatment when it's needed. It's a space to become more informed about your body and feel more confident making decisions about your pelvic health.
Sexual HEalth Coaching
Sexual health is about so much more than whether or not you're having sex.
It's about knowing yourself. Desire. Pleasure. Comfort. Communication. Confidence. Curiosity. Your relationship with your body, and how it changes throughout a lifetime.
Maybe sex has become painful or uncomfortable. Maybe your desire has changed and you don't understand why. Maybe pregnancy, birth, postpartum, hormones, stress, or a changing relationship has shifted how you experience intimacy.
Sessions may include:
Education about sexual function and anatomy
Desire and arousal
Pleasure exploration and body awareness
Communication strategies
Navigating pain or discomfort during sex
You can bring the awkward questions. You can bring the things you've Googled at 11 p.m. We'll start wherever you are.
Meet Ashley
PT, DPT Pelvic Health + Sexual Health Coach
Ashley Zimmerman is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, pelvic health specialist, sexuality counselor, full-spectrum doula, educator, and coach who has spent more than a decade helping people better understand, and feel more at home in, their bodies.
Her work lives at the intersection of pelvic health, sexual health, movement, and body trust. She believes that understanding your body changes the way you experience it, and that care should leave you feeling more connected to yourself, not more afraid of what your body is doing.
But her work isn't shaped by clinical experience alone. Ashley also lives in a body that has traveled its own unknown roads, one that has experienced loss, change, joy, uncertainty, and everything in between. Her own practice of learning to listen to and trust her body deeply informs the way she holds space for others, not because everyone's path looks the same, but because she knows what it is to move through change without a map and slowly learn that your body can be a place you return to.
Her approach is curious, practical, collaborative, and deeply human.
Outside of work, you can find Ashley drinking coffee, taking walks among the trees in Atlanta, and hanging out with her baby girl, Ari. Her family loves to travel, and she's always ready to tell you about the best snacks she discovered on their latest adventure, and equally ready to hear your snack recommendations too.
